This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of the Craev website at getcraev.com, the Craev consumer mobile application, and the CraevControl vendor management application (collectively, the “Platform”) by all users, including customers and vendors (“you” or “User”).
This Policy is incorporated by reference into Craev's Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Prohibited Conduct — All Users
The following conduct is prohibited for all users of the Platform:
1.1 Fraudulent or Misleading Activity
(a) Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information in connection with your account or any transaction;
(b) Submitting fraudulent orders, fake event booking requests, or false reviews;
(c) Impersonating any individual, business, or entity.
1.2 Unlawful Activity
(a) Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, or federal law;
(b) Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate, or promote any illegal transaction.
1.3 Technical Misuse
(a) Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or to another user's account;
(b) Using automated bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated means to access or extract data from the Platform;
(c) Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Platform;
(d) Interfering with or disrupting the performance, security, or integrity of the Platform;
(e) Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
1.4 Abusive Conduct
(a) Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users;
(b) Posting or transmitting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content through any Platform communication feature.
2. Prohibited Conduct — Vendors
In addition to the general prohibitions above, the following conduct is prohibited for Vendors specifically:
2.1 Alcohol Sales — Strictly Prohibited
Vendors are strictly prohibited from listing, advertising, selling, or facilitating the sale of any alcohol or alcoholic beverages through the Platform. This prohibition applies to all alcoholic products including but not limited to beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, liqueurs, hard seltzers, and ciders. Violation of this prohibition will result in the immediate removal of the prohibited listing and may result in suspension or permanent termination of the Vendor's account without refund.
2.2 Menu and Business Information Accuracy
(a) Vendors may not list menu items that are inaccurate, unavailable, or priced incorrectly;
(b) Vendors may not misrepresent their business name, location, cuisine type, or operating status;
(c) Vendors must keep their menu, pricing, and availability current.
2.3 Order Fulfillment
(a) Vendors may not repeatedly fail to fulfill accepted orders without valid cause;
(b) Excessive order cancellations or failures to fulfill may result in account review and possible suspension.
2.4 Licensing and Compliance
(a) Vendors must maintain all required permits, licenses, and health certifications required to operate a food truck in their jurisdiction;
(b) Vendors may not use the Platform while operating without required permits.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any conduct that violates this Policy, please report it to us at:

Please include a description of the violation and any relevant supporting information. We will investigate all reports in good faith.
4. Enforcement
Craev reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this Policy, at our sole discretion:
(a) Issue a warning;
(b) Remove or modify content that violates this Policy;
(c) Temporarily suspend access to the Platform;
(d) Permanently terminate the account;
(e) Report the conduct to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Craev is not obligated to monitor all user activity on the Platform but reserves the right to do so.
5. Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting hello@getcraev.com with the subject line: Account Appeal. We will review all appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
6. Changes to This Policy
Craev may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
